We ask for a one-time, fully refundable $500 deposit to kick off your search. This covers outreach, screening, and introductions to pre-vetted candidates. If you hire, the deposit is credited toward your final fee. If you don’t hire, you get it back.
When you choose your new content team member and they sign, we charge a one-time fee of 25–35% of Year 1 salary. The percentage depends on how many hires you make, with discounts for multiple placements.
Every hire comes with a 45-day perfect-fit guarantee. If the placement isn’t working out, we’ll replace the candidate at no extra cost — so you can hire with confidence.
